Are your products authentic?
Yes. We are an official retailer of leading medical brands from the United States and Europe. All of our products are authentic and officially imported into Ukraine.
What is the delivery time?
Orders are typically delivered within 1–3 business days.
If an item is temporarily out of stock, you can place a pre-order.
The estimated waiting time for pre-orders is 15–20 business days.
Which stethoscope should I choose?
The right stethoscope depends on your medical specialty and the age group of your patients.

Do you offer returns and warranty coverage?
Yes. We offer an extended return and exchange period:
- 30 calendar days for stethoscopes
- 14 calendar days for all other products
Returns and exchanges are accepted provided the product is in its original condition, including all packaging and accessories.
All products are covered by the manufacturer's warranty, with the warranty period depending on the specific product.
Why is a deposit required?
We require a 50% prepayment for:
- orders totaling more than UAH 5,000;
- pre-order items;
- products with custom laser engraving.
