If necessary, you may exchange or return your purchase in accordance with the terms outlined below.
  • No more than 14 calendar days have passed since receiving your order (30 calendar days for stethoscopes).
  • The item is in its original condition, with its original packaging, tags, and shows no signs of use.
  • You have the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • The customer is responsible for all costs associated with returning or exchanging the item (including shipping costs).

We pack every order with exceptional care and attention to detail, so we're confident you won't want to send anything back.

Please Note

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Medical literature
  • Products with custom laser engraving
  • Gift certificates

EASY (FREE) RETURNS

You can take advantage of Nova Poshta's Easy Return service for free return shipping.

This service allows you to conveniently return your purchase to the seller free of charge within 14 days of receiving your order.

How to Use the Service

  1. Open the Nova Poshta mobile app and go to My Shipments.
  2. Select the parcel you wish to return.
  3. Under Manage Shipment, choose Easy Return.
  4. Select the reason for your return. A new shipping label will be created automatically.
  5. Send the parcel back to the seller.

Important Information

The service is free for parcels weighing up to 30 kg when using Easy Return.A surcharge of UAH 35 applies for courier pickup (door-to-door returns).

The service is available only through the Nova Poshta mobile app or your online account.

Refunds for the returned product are processed by the seller after inspecting the item's condition.
