What are your delivery times?
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days. Please note that orders are not shipped on Saturdays or Sundays.
We also offer an Express Shipping service (UAH 200), which allows your order to be shipped on the same day it is placed.
What gift would you recommend for a doctor?

What are the terms for purchasing a gift certificate?
Gift certificates are available in any amount starting from UAH 500.
- Validity: 1 year from the date of purchase.
- Gift certificates are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.
- The value of a gift certificate cannot be split across multiple purchases. It must be redeemed in a single transaction.
