Are gift certificates eligible for exchange or refund?
No, gift certificates are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.
What if my order is less than the gift certificate value?
If the total purchase amount is lower than the value of the gift certificate, the remaining balance will not be refunded or credited in any other form. Any unused portion of the certificate is considered redeemed and cannot be used for future purchases.
Can a gift certificate be used in multiple transactions?
No. Anamnesis gift certificates are valid for a single use only and must be redeemed for their full value in one transaction.
